We can live and work better.
We deserve a better working world. That's why I send out a newsletter named Brave New Work, powered by hi! agency. In strategy workshops and individual coaching sessions, I help you, as a team or individually, get back to positive thinking.
We need democratic media.
That's why I support media outlets and creators in sustainably financing themselves through their community. I was able to contribute my accumulated knowledge of membership models (see Patreon) to the Steady Growth College in 2024.
We are allowed to grow beyond ourselves.
Media, companies, and institutes need people who share their mission. That's why I support education, science and business in building a loyal community in a sustainable way. Without wasting unnecessary resources, but also without silly marketing gimmicks.
We should stop just functioning.
I used to lead teams and mediate between management and employees – often as an unofficial therapist. Since completing my training as a systemic coach at the MU Berlin, I have officially supported people who achieve a lot but feel empty or repeatedly fall back into old patterns.
We must finally talk about death.
Hardly anyone talks about it—but it affects us all. That's why, in 2022, I led a digital project at Germany's largest funeral home to improve awareness. Our core question: How can we encourage people to confront death ? The next step: training in bereavement counseling.

sustainability
I get involved where the planet and fellow human beings are treated with respect. I work with you to develop solutions that strengthen you in the long term, rather than just sparking up and then fizzle out. No templates, no consultant posturing, no rhetoric.
clarity
In me, you'll find a proactive, honest person who values structure and transparency. A thirst for knowledge, drive, and curiosity on both sides are important to me. With me, you'll gain clarity and order from chaos. Or simply clean, accurate work.
EMPATHY
I'm open to your needs. Teamwork, a positive atmosphere, a healthy culture of error, and proactive conflict resolution are my passions. Plus if you appreciate that. What I want to feel: equal opportunities, inclusion, and the desire to improve in both.

And before becoming self-employed?
I was Director of Marketing at Steady and Makerist. I trained as a yoga teacher in India. I was a journalist in training at Cosmopolitan. I launched my own DIY magazine (20,000 copies). I spoke on television. I was named one of the 30 under 30 in the communications industry. I served on the jury for the PR Bild Award . I steeled my nerves. And I learned how to lead with a focus on needs.
