Do you need a new product or an improved format, but require resources from multiple teams, a brilliant idea, and a motivating kick-off? I'll guide you through a rigorous decision-making process in which you outline and evaluate solution ideas, ultimately testing the winner on your target audience. Don't have a designer for click dummies and user tests? I'd be happy to bring them in.
