In a non-binding 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss together whether your concerns and circumstances are a good fit for my coaching offering. The HR development consultant will describe your current situation, and I'll present my systemic approach and methodological procedures. If the decision is positive, we'll schedule an appointment and conclude a coaching contract.

The coaching format comprises 5, 8, 10, or optionally more systemic individual sessions of 90 minutes each – weekly or by arrangement. In the first session, an overarching development goal is defined, followed by specific subtopics in each session. The focus is on self-reflection, systemic perspective work, and individual solution development.

After the coaching session, a structured summary of the key insights is provided – for the coachee and, if desired, for HR. All reflected content and developments are documented in writing. If further needs arise, additional sessions or a suitable follow-up package can be arranged – individually tailored to the respective topic and organizational context.
